It was just a 10 min interview on the hiring day. It was quite simple as a discussion. And there few 2 questions where i had to give examples from previous experience

The process starts from an online application. From there you will have to do a simulation test. If you do well you get a phone interview then a group interview followed by a 1:1 interview. Questions are simple, they mostly ask about your customer service experience and how you deal with customers.

It was a Career Fair at Wester Fair, London, ON. Some 100+ candidates walked in for the interview. It starts with briefing and followed by interview. There were 10+ HR people who were taking interview at a time. The interview was very nice and friendly. All the interviewer were treating every candidate very nice. It was held previously on 4th July but got canceled and rescheduled on 8th. Overall it was a nice experience.
