Interview
Had 2 round interviews with 4 group managers. I was told by the agent to have interview on Monday. I met 2 managers had my first round for an hour. Almost 50 mins, I was asked technical questions about option future and the Greeks. Then on the next day, my agent told me they want to have second round and had my second round on Thursday. On my second round, was with other 2 group managers and them same for 1 hour and almost 45 mins were asking about option and BSM. Then on Friday, I heard from the agent that they wanted to hire me.

In total, there were only 3-4 basic behaviour questions like introduce yourself, what’s your greatest accomplishments in your each job. The rest are all technical questions asking about option and future. What is option, what is future, difference between future and forward and option. What are the Greeks in measuring value, what drives vega, when the cage reach the highest point, when the Vega at high, how gamma changes, how delta changes. How to value options, what’s the each factors of BSM, what are the different types of options. Each interview took me 1 hour and almost 80% of the time I was asked about the option and future. Good thing was they were not asked that deep, if you studied CFA level 1, they shouldn’t be a big issue.

Technical - Explain the greeks -What is Volckers Rule -Excel v lookup and pivot table -Python code output Behavioural -What do you do if you have a couple deadlines approaching that you can't meet -Name 3 strengths and a time you've showed one of them -How would you conduct a stress test and what is backtesting?
The interview process is smooth, HR called to set up a phone interview. Then, meet with two managers in the team( two 40 minutes interviews). During the interview, two managers will just ask typical behavior questions and have follow up questions if they are interested in your experience or answers
