Interview
I had a phone interview which may have caused the experience to be more formal than an in-person interview. There was no small talk, chit-chatting, but just question, answer, question, answer, etc. The questions asked were largely standard, inquiring into my experience with software technology, work background and what skills and knowledge I would bring to the table, and so on.
First proceeded with phone interview gor basic conversation.
Then met the line manager and asked about behavioral questions like how to handle stress, tatics to deal with large amount of emails.
Asked a lot of technical and behavioral questions which was hard to respond to. The interview was difficult overall might have favored internal candidates therefore did not get the offer.
1 on 1. Had to meet other managers within the team and speak with the hiring manager. I think they were looking for chemistry. Two in person and 1 on the phone
