Interview
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first interview was a virtual interview with one HR representative, focusing on my background, customer service experience, and interest in banking. The second interview was conducted by two interviewers and included behavioral and situational questions related to customer service, sales, and handling difficult situations.

Two thorough interviews based on behaviourial scenarios. Interviewee's made me feel comfortable before responding long or open-ended questions. From the first interview I was told to wait to hear about my second interview where I met with the staff manager, in the second interview I was told my profile was good and to wait for someone to contact me, about 48 hours later I received a phone call with a job opportunity.

Questions and Simulation Questions. There was analysis questions on my behaviours in business and how to handle customer complaints. It was brief and pretty average. They were nice and personable.
