I interviewed for a controller position. The interview was a blend of relaxed and professional. There was a clear interest in aligning team orientation with the candidate. An emphasis was also placed on the need to balance multiple deadlines.

What is your experience juggling multiple deadlines
Initial round 1 of background screening, Standard behavioral questions. Round 2 - more extensive questioning but again behavioral leaning. Overall not a difficult or demanding process. Know basic technical and accounting questions and answers.
