Telephone Interview, in person with 2 individuals general behavioral than 2 more interviews at head office that was also behavioral based. Two interviews were conducted at the office where they went through your CV and asked general questions. It was very, very FIT based and it is about your personality shining while also showing competency to succed

Two round interviews.
First found was on campus with two representatives interviewing you. Mostly behavioural questions, some about the global economy, why TD operations
Second round was two back to back 40 minute interviews with two higher level management teams each. A little more intimidating, but overall a really good experience.
TDS really tries to make the interviews conversational, and they are really friendly as a whole

Interview
Received a call from HR to come in for an interview. The interview process was made up of 2 stages; one behavioural and informational interview with 2 managers in the department and then a behavioural interview with an HR representative.
