First round is to talk with HR and some points on your resume. Second round is with your manager and they will have another peer sitting nearby may have questions or not for you

The initial application was submitted online, then proceeded with a phone screen with the recruiting team. Interviews were offered either remote or virtual, although role was onsite. ATS was easy to use and easy to submit information online.
