Interview
Process begins with an initial phone screen with one-to-two Analysts, followed by a 3-round in-person Superday with seniors ranging from Vice Presidents to Managing Directors. Each round includes moderate technicals and behaviors.
The overall interview process was relatively easy, with many straightforward and simple questions. My interviewer was extremely polite and gave me the time I needed to answer questions. Each interview, apart from the super day, took only 30 minutes.

Screener, first round with 2 bankers (mostly behaviorials), second round (very difficult technicals), and spd with 4 senior bankers in their office. Everyone was chill, and most questions went straight from the guide.
