TD CEA/Customer Service Representative interview questions

It was 1hr interview with behavioral questions What is a Behavioural Interview? In a behavioural interview, questions focus on job-related, specific experience. When answering your questions, you will be asked to respond using the STAR format to identify the Situation, Task, Action, Result as it directly relates to the question being asked.

Process was smooth and pretty quick. Interview process was 2 interviews over call, mostly behavioural and situational questions. Took about 2 weeks to get a callback and offer. Pretty easy overall
