Initial Screening, then a Shadow session where you sit in on calls with their recruiter to get a better idea and sense of the day to day then Interview with one of the team leads to understand your drive, and another Final interview.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going

I made it to a third-round interview and spent an hour on a zoom call with someone to never hear from them again. It took 3 weeks to get ahold of someone to schedule each interview, so the whole process took over a month. for nothing.
