I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Boise, ID) in Jun 2016
Interview
Really casual and enjoyable. One of the more pleasant processes I've had.
Basically a recruiter called and we did a conversation to get to know more, and then she invited me to coffee.
We had coffee and went over normal interview stuff - but I never had the generic interview questions. I loved it.

Question 1
As above - no checklist of "what is your biggest weakness?" etc.
I liked that. I'm glad to see someone getting more modern with it, it essentially was a casual get settled conversation at first, like a first date almost, and then it was sort of lay it on the table. I've read your resume, now tell me what you don't know, and we've both been on LinkedIn, so let's go from there.
It was fantastic - If I had another company I would steal that recruiter away right now.

Interview
had a phone interview with this company several months ago and was asked about potential referrals. Despite my follow-up, I haven’t received any updates regarding the status of my application. While the initial interview process was straightforward, the lack of communication afterward left me uncertain about next steps and the timeline.
Email conversation, and introductionary conversation with placement assistance.
Questions on past work history, asking if have experience is required areas and requested to describe approach for coordinator role.
Questions on availbility and contract related questions.
