You will be contacted by Recruiter for pre-screening for a position at a client company, if they think you with match the client's requirements. They usually will not submit you to a client unless they feel you will be a successful candidate.

I have never had a difficult question. Questions are based on client company's posted job requirements, the experience of the recruiter, and the recruiter's knowledge of your skill-set.
Pretty unorganized, set up the interview for the wrong position led to mass confusion and doubt with the customer and myself, lots of juggling between people in many locations it all worked out
The interview process was web based. And the interviewer was very engaging, and easy to talk to. Lasted a little over 30 mins. I didn't get an offer, but rather options for other positions if needed.
I received an email requesting to interview, but the recruiter did not call or respond to the email after they contacted me initially. I found it strange to contact but not follow up
