I went to the final interviews and the recruiter basically told me I had the job I just need to give him my recommendations. I gave the recommendations and never heard back. Then his secretary reached out to me asking me if I still am interested and want to move forward. Total miscommunication because I messaged her back telling her I already sent recommendations. Then she ghosted me. Horrible recruiters, would not recommend this company. Now I am a recruiter at a large tech company. During the actual interview process I met with a variety of employees and one of the recruiters just talked to me about how difficult recruiting is and that no one actually likes recruiting.
