Interview
They asked very personal and leading questions including questions about my upbringing, marital status and children. They did provide feedback after the interview though. I was not offered the job - I think they were looking for single people without kids as a annual trip to Cancun is an incentive.

Lengthy in its entirety. Initial phone screen, panel interview and finally a half day shadow. This is the format for all offices, and needs to change with all of the attrition they see.
