It's a three-step process: First, the interviewee will be interviewed by three panels (a mix of managers, senior managers, and region controllers). Then, after the panel interview, the interviewee will shadow associate about daily tasks of the job and be tested throughout the conversations. Finally, the interviewee will have a one-on-one small interview with a manager.

The interview was very straight forward, starting with a phone call with the recruiter to discuss the role. After that, an in-person interview was scheduled. Approximately one hour discussing previous experience, as well as further outlining the role. The interviewers utilized the STAR method of interviewing.
