3 step process - recruiter, director, and a "half day" meeting about 3 - 5 people. During the half day you shadow 2 people doing the job day to day and you get to ask questions. The Panel will ask you more formal questions about your former roles or school experience, how you manage difficult situations and conflict. etc.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going

I made it to a third-round interview and spent an hour on a zoom call with someone to never hear from them again. It took 3 weeks to get ahold of someone to schedule each interview, so the whole process took over a month. for nothing.
