Interview
I was invited into the office for a half-day with the company. The day began at 7:45am and it started with a daily group meeting. From there, I shadowed multiple different positions in the company and learned about how a day operates in the company. You learn the tasks and how people move up through the positions. It was very insightful and interesting.

It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
