I saw an Add on a webite and the applied Online and after 2 to 3 days and I had received a call from Technical team for Interview.Technical interview was conducted on Phone and it was 30 minutes long.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TEOCO (Dubai) in Jan 2015

Got an Interview Invite by HR with schedule time frame.
Took Technical Interview , in front of a panel of PM,TL of concerned department
After clearing technical interview , got a final call from HR to discuss the package & offer letter
