Interviews are very upfront and to the point. Interview process consisted of two video calls with the senior Executive Recruiter followed by a video call with the marketing OM and the Managing director. Final round was an in-person presentation based on a topic chosen from the Managing director. From the beginning the TESA team made it know what they are looking for.

Interview
Had an initial screening call with the Senior Executive Recruiter on the phone, then when that went well I was passed on to the Managing Director/Owner for another phone interview the next day. The following week I came to their Timonium office in person to meet the team and give a short presentation on my history and marketing talents.
