Small, friendly, collaborative team - you can really make an impact here and management encourages employees to speak their minds and offer suggestions. Hybrid work schedule. Professional, progressive, and refreshing company culture that takes their stated ideals to heart.
Cons
Small team handling lots of business - could get overwhelming for anyone not used to working in a competitive environment with lots of competing priorities. Company offers good training and resources though, so there's room to learn.
