The new hiring process was awesome. I was able to apply online easily. I got an email thanking me for my submission. I got a call a day later asking about availability for an interview. I was able to coordinate for an interview in a few days. I got a call asking me to come back for a second interview with management, it went well. I got a call a few days later letting me I had been hired. The whole process took less than two weeks and I was able to start after giving my two weeks notice.
