1st interview with HR, 2nd interview with Operations Manager. I am thinking to join the company but some of the reviews are scary. HR discused about salary and previous employment history. Manager asked why I left previos jobs.

Interview
It has 3 rounds of interview.
1. HR
2. A written test
3. Ops Round
In HR round you will be asked for your introduction and basically they check for the candidate's comms.
In second round they check for you grammar and your written English.
Third round is done by some Manager from operations so that they can see if you good to go.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP (Calcutta)
