      Business Analyst Interview

      4 Mar 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Talent Path in Feb 2020

      Interview

Screening call, and phone interview, followed by in person interview. Scheduling was a little weird and uncertain. Had to repeatedly email the HR person to reschedule and verify. Communication was lacking. Interviews were pretty standard and professional. No response to standard follow up outreach. No rejection notice or anything.

      Tell me about yourself
      Answer question

      Question 2

      Business Analyst Interview

      3 Apr 2020
      Anonymous employee
      Houston, TX
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Talent Path (Houston, TX)

      Interview

*It has changed since I've interviewed initially* This process will either take you 2-3 months or a couple of days (not very good at responding until very last minute they need to fill up training class) A phone interview (which is basically just them convincing you to come into an in person interview), first in person interview with recruiter is just the same phone sales pitch in person, second in person interview is with someone in management (usually don't even know anything about the job or technology). All the questions were really superficial and did nothing to actually substantial to show you anything about the position. Most likely if you come in person for an interview, you'll be given an offer a week before the training starts. Now they also use some online testing which is unnecessarily long and tries to make them seem more legitimate (they aren't) and you'll be asked random questions over the phone about technology (person asking the questions doesn't even know the answers)
