      Full Stack Developer Interview

      16 Dec 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I interviewed at Talent Path (New York, NY)

      Interview

The recruiter who reached out to me was really nice. She explained the hiring process for the company. The first part would be an assessment test which you have a 2 hour time limit for. You need to score 600/1200 to make it to the next round. I well exceeded that goal but they reached back out to me telling me the team did not want to move forward with me if I don't have a Bachelor's degree. The company calls themselves Talent Path but apparently they just want to hire people to say they have degrees. If you are average but degreed go for it, if you are talented but non-traditional don't waste your time because you don't matter to them.
