I didn’t feel like I was a priority during the phone interview. The questions asked by HR were typical with a couple of behavioral and I felt very comfortable with my responses. Afterwards, I was introduced to the Director of Engineering who naturally asked a more technical question. Upon giving my response, I was cut short and today that the Director had a meeting to attend. So if you don’t feel like you are a priority during the interview, then how would you feel once you are apart of the organization?
