The interview consisted of 3 parts: 2 online video conferences with architects/developers and 1 phone screening with the manager.
I felt the interview process really gave me a chance to showcase my skills. It wasn't the typical "How much did you memorize last night" type of interview. Though, there were a few basic competency questions, I thoroughly enjoyed being given development tasks and told to run with it. The developers really just wanted to see my thought process and how I problem solve.
After 2 rounds of video conferences, the manager talks to you on the phone to get a feel for where you'd fit in with the team.
Overall, I really enjoyed the entire process.
