The whole procedure took 8 weeks. Had at least 8 video interviews with other TAM's, their Bosses, and a VP in the Headquarter in CA . Had an Assessment showing them my abilities which took 90 minutes, 3 persons as Counterparts, the preparation took me 2 complete days to setup and get dived into their product. All the time they showed me their interest in my person and told me you are the right guy to continue. At the latest step I had a video interview with one of their VP's. This guy did not seem to be very interested in my person, indeed he seemed to be quite bugged out from the beginning. I was told to smile during this interview but my Counterpart set up his deadpan humor from the beginning of the interview. He made me feeling uncomfortable from the first second during our conversation.
