4 step interview usually, one call with the recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager, then an upper like the VP or CMO of the department and usually the founder of the company, not sure if they are doing the founder anymore as I believe he is not as involved anymore.
Easygoing, casual, recruiter was really nice and engaged in convo, and provided lots of information about the position and was transparent about the process and timeline; provided lots of feedback

Interview
Had a phone screening where I was told I would do an online assessment then interview with a hiring manager which was not accurate. Spent three hours on the assessment and did two hiring team interviews, then had to do three more interviews with different members of the team. Received a generic rejection email with no feedback after dedicating three whole weeks to preparing for the interviews and coping with anxiety.
