I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tarams India (Bengaluru) in Dec 2012
Interview
Very tiresome and annoying, not well planned. It will be almost a day long process with the recruiter running hither to with a not so friendly attitude. They will give you questions to be designed which for a common man will take 3-4 days, but they will expect you to deliver within the interview process. Be aware of the water bottle offered, it might have green algae deposited!
