Task Force for Global Health interview questions

I had a great experience during the interview itself. It was an hour, the person who interviewed me was friendly, and the conversation went smoothly. Unfortunately, the communication after the interview was disappointing. Weeks went by without any updates, and after reaching out multiple times, I was eventually told the hiring process had been paused. That was the last I heard. I never received any formal rejection or follow-up, leaving me with no closure. I understand that hiring processes can get complicated, but clearer communication would have made a big difference. It’s disappointing, especially because I genuinely admire the organization.

I had two rounds of panel interviews. The first one was a "phone screen" and the other was virtual. The panelist were not intimidating and conversational. The interview process was long and a bit alluding.
