Recruitment Process follows a structured flow in which candidates feels that they are being looked after even before joining the company. I love the fact that the recruiter checks on me frequently to give updates, feedbacks on my interviews. She also helped me secure all the necessary requirements and provides guidance as necessary.

Interview
I finished the entire interview process in one week. I'm very satisfied with the way my recruiter updates me or attends to my concerns. I only had to attend two interviews and I got the final results after 2 hours of being interviewed. Kudos to the hiring team for the past processing of my application.

Interview
It was thorough. I had to undergo 2 interviews. One over the phone and the other one, was a face to face interview with the Director. It was not very formal, but at the same time, not too informal too.
