It's pretty simple and straightforward. Just let them know you're flexible and are willing to learn. Things can get busy during rush hour so it's important to be able to handle stress. Emphasize on cleanliness. Saying you're there for long-term is a plus too.

It was the standard basic interview questions of getting to know you and your experience. It was straightforward and nothing too challenging. Also was on the more casual side so don't stress.
