Tatsu Ramen interview questions

Brief chat with the employer and they asked me about my previous experience working in the service industry - eg with waitressing and taking orders etc. I was also given the chance to ask my own questions about the company

Very Basic Kitchen fundamental questions. They are look to see if you have any basic knowledge in the culinary environment. At the same time they require no experience and are willing to train. Ultimately my interview lasted about 10 mins, I came back later that day in order to work a 4 hour trial shift. (a standard practice with most places) After the shift I received a call back to let me know i had the job.
