The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Teach for America in Feb 2012
Interview
The phone interview was pretty straightforward with behavioral questions. The group interview went smoothly. Every applicant was asked to give a short lesson demonstration. The majority of people ran out of time and the interviewers would pretend to be students and interrupt the lesson with questions. The one on one interview was very short if you had a phone interview since they had the entire interview written in front of them.
