Really thorough - long application, pre-interview test, presentation during interview and then 1.5 hours of questions. Felt very well led and communicated with throughout, and gave lots of space for me to ask my questions. I felt heard and understood.

1 interview with presentation about a campaign you have managed. Prayer at the beginning of interview and at the end. Interviewers were very nice and personable and didn't feel too formal
