Brief phone interview discussing CV. A grouped assessment centre with group tasks where you had to work together and the managers obverse. Maths and problem solving test. Face to face with final discussion of CV, Skills and the Role.

An invitation to do a pre recorded video interview answering dome questions for my web camera, followed by a zoom interview, followed by an onsite interview. Durring the final interview, compensation and work/life balance was discussed. The way this topic was addressed made me almost walk out of the interview. I was told point blank that there was an expectation that I would work well beyond a standard work week but that compensation would be capped regardless of how much i exceeded sales quotas. This translates to the better I perform, the less money I make. Thank you but no thank you. This interview was in 2020 and I have just been emalied and "invited" by Tech Data to apply to another position. Sorry, but the value proposition of working 60-80 hour weeks for a negatively correlated pay package just doesn't quite exite me. Thanks but no thanks..
