Initial communication was through a recruiter. I was scheduled for an interview with the director of IT. The interview process was fairly relaxed very impromptu. The interview subject was wide an varied; they mentioned what they needed and asked if I could meet them. They asked about prior experience, ability to work in a different environment (not very corporate), have a tough skin, and ability to learn (mainly fusion programming). I was able to ask questions in regards to the company itself.
