After applying online on their website, I received an email from the hiring manager for a phone interview. Interview had standard interview questions and the manager talked about the position responsibilities. After two weeks, I was invited for an onsite interview, where I spoke with 5 people in one-on-one interviews for about an hour each. Interviews were conversational and had standard interview questions. It took a long time for the company to reach a decision about the position and they asked for references months after the interview.
