Recruiter was friendly and easy to communicate with. However, they were looking for an immediate fill and I was unable to meet that timeline. The standard routine questions and nothing out of the ordinary

Interview
The recruiter was friendly and communicated well. Once past 3 phone interviews there was a panel interview on site and a final interview w/CEO. The company has some good SMEs running their shop. However, the job description kept morphing, leadership seemed poor and there is high attrition.
