first interview in japanese talking about non-tech related stuff, sadly didn't pass to the next stage. From their description, there are 2 interviews we need to pass before getting an offer from the company

Question 1
How long have you been learning Japanese? How do you learn Japanese?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Techno Pro (Japan) in Oct 2025
Interview
Applied through a recruiter. We practised interview questions beforehand.
The interview was quite pleasant and relaxed. The interviewer said that my Japanese was good, and we were able to have a good conversation.
Although I was then rejected with my Japanese being the reason why. That was very disappointing and confusing.

Question 1
Mostly about career history. They want to know the reason why you left each of your jobs
The interview process was conducted through my college recruitment program. It began with an online coding assessment, followed by a technical interview. The technical questions were focused on machine learning concepts, algorithms, and their real-world applications. There was also a focus on problem-solving and the ability to explain technical solutions clearly. Overall, it was a well-organized and engaging process.
