Beware of this company! I was contacted through a third party after replying to a craigslist ad to be brought on-site for a few weeks to solve a major issue the consultants were having with middleware and then be on-site for longer to back fill a position. The interview was a phone conference call where I was asked some questions about the issue and how I would go about solving them. I was reluctant to answer since the whole situation didn't feel legit but I answered the best I could without giving too much away. I followed up and was told a contract was being drafted and signed but then never heard from them again after that. They were obviously stuck with a problem they couldn't solve and were poaching for free solutions. It's discouraging to know that IT professionals are resorting to these tactics. Lesson learned.
