Was part of an acquisition process (We were a startup), where all software engineers needed to do an interview. Scheduled an interview with two of their engineers.
I was asked to describe a little bit of my experience and then we proceeded to the coding exercise.

Question 1
Coding exercise simulating operations in a stock, which could be solved my implementing a hashmap with certain rules
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tegus
Interview
The process consisted of 4 rounds and spanned 3 weeks.
The first was a phone screening where they asked me basic interview questions to get a feel for who I was.
I was then invited to do a take home assignment as a skill assessment.
The third round was 2 technical interviews (one design, one debugging).
The final round was an interview with the hiring manager.
The interview process was one of the most enjoyable that I have been a part of. The company was very responsive when it came to any questions or status of moving forward. All employees were delightful to interact with during the interviews and very will to assist where they could. They made it a point to convey that they valued my time as much as I valued theirs.

Interview
I initially chatted with a recruiter.
We then moved forward to a technical interview with one of the engineering managers. The interview went very well. It was a standard API and string handling question.
I was then contacted by the recruiter again to try and set up a final call with the manager again, to go over history and to move forward from there.
I was then ghosted and never heard anything back.

Question 1
Given an array of strings, process each one differently to do a different command. I don't remember the exact question, but it was basically like "BUY", "SELL", etc where you did different operations based on those. It was straightforward.
