The interview process consisted of multiple rounds, beginning with an initial recruiter screen followed by a technical interview. The technical portion focused on problem-solving, coding efficiency, and communication. The interviewer asked me to explain my thought process clearly while solving algorithmic challenges. Overall, the experience felt structured and professional, with a balance between technical depth and behavioral questions.

Question 1
Can you walk me through how you would optimize a function to handle large-scale input efficiently?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TeleTracking in May 2025
Interview
The overall interview experience felt unprofessional and disappointing. While the manager I initially spoke with was kind and respectful, the technical interview was a very different experience. The interviewer often didn’t seem to listen to my responses—likely due to a network delay on his end—yet this was reflected negatively in the feedback as “weak communication.” He also framed my clarification questions as if I was fishing for hints, which I found unfair.
What frustrated me the most was that the feedback I received didn’t align with what actually happened during the interview. For example, when asked how I would improve my solution, I gave a clear and thoughtful answer, and the interviewer even responded positively at the time—yet the written feedback claimed I gave no improvement suggestions at all. It felt like a misrepresentation, and I honestly don’t understand why.
While I understand not every interview will go as expected, I believe fairness and accurate representation are fundamental to a respectful hiring process. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling dismissed rather than evaluated on my actual performance.
structured and defined process, a few rounds with a mix of leaders and culture drivers , lots of questions encouraged and honest feedback . seemed like a clear direction but also had difficult questions
