I had an initial coding test over zoom, taking about an hour. After this I was brought onsite for interviews with several team members. Despite — by the hiring manager's own admission — outperforming all the other candidates on the coding test and technical questions, my recruiter told me they were reluctant to hire me because I didn't have 'deep knowledge' of certain embedded systems. My recruiter also mentioned the management's general disorganization and difficulty of getting an answer from them. Telesair was very disrespectful of my time, behavior that is becoming depressingly common among employers.
