Long process, but easy interviews.
Background check, health and drug test, honesty test, and home visit.
Friendly and easy going conversations during the interviews, nothing very forma.

Interview
Good process but really extensive. Televisa cares about employees so they try to get as much as possible of information. Also, there are interviews with a lot of people, which makes the process hard.
