Interview
The position was posted as full time but during interviewing process I was told because of "budget reasons" it would be a contract position. I also was told the position was changed from an individual posting to a team of three. I later found out that Telsource's Modis Operandi was to bring on new hires with 6 - 12 month contracts then make them full time.

it was all standard. The online assesment was a little annoying and the fact that HR had no clue abouth the position when they did the phone interview should have given me a sign.
