The interview process that I went through was over three rounds.
1st round - Initial phone interview
2nd round - With two of your peers
3rd round - With management team
It was a Very smooth process and they make you feel very comfortable in the role which helped with the interview. I would recommend this process to anyone looking to improve their applications.
