I was sat down with the Leader of the Team and a senior rep and they asked me about my experience with working on the phones, computer literacy and how I do under pressure. 2 behavior questions about tell me about a time when... then they extended to me a contingent offer that was going to be based off getting a physical, background check and References. I passed my Physical, Background check and I had clean background and solid references and next day HR emailed me telling me they chose a separate candidate. When I tried to call/leave a message to find out what happened and I even emailed HR and the Manager for the role, nobody returned my call or emailed me back. I attempted to see what went wrong and the HR Line rep always said I would get a call back and they never did. I was extremely disappointed with how unprofessional the hiring process and how Human Resource completely brushed me under the table. Funny thing is... the role is still up on the website that they are hiring for the position....
