Completing all the work done on time and considering the possibilities of improving the conditions and service quality while providing the necessary training and support for the team and staff members.
Pretty standard in the market with 3 rounds of interview, including HR, hiring manager and a senior leadership. First company i come across where all interviews are done face to face.
simple and efficient interview process, people are generally nice during the interview as well.
HR is efficient and responsive, feedback will also be given in the event that you do not make it through the interview process.
