The application process was extended over more than a month, during which I received consistently positive feedback at the end of each stage, but the sudden decision of rejection has come after having the last HR meeting , in which they got my salary and benefits data and after sending emails to the references . This makes the outcome feel especially disheartening and leaves me questioning the consistency of the evaluation criteria applied.
